Information you provide

King Pools collects information you submit through contact, estimator, and material-selection forms, including your name, contact details, property information, project and material selections, budget, timing, and notes.

Website measurement

We measure page visits, phone and financing clicks, social-profile and outbound store clicks, contact submissions, and estimator views, first form interactions, progress through the steps, saved contact details, and completions. Measurement may include campaign parameters, the referring website's origin, the landing page, the outbound destination's domain, and the service requested. The event record does not include the contact-form message, name, email address, phone number, or street address.

Browser storage keeps the first campaign attribution for up to 90 days and a visit identifier with campaign attribution in the current browser tab. A new measured visit begins after 30 minutes without a recorded event or when a different tagged campaign is opened. Browser privacy settings may limit or prevent this storage. If Google Analytics is configured, Google may also process website activity under its own terms and privacy practices.

How the information is used

We use submitted information and conversion events to prepare and discuss your requested estimate or service, record requested material choices, send confirmations to you and King Pools, understand which marketing efforts lead to inquiries, maintain business records, improve website performance, and protect the website from abuse.

Communication preferences

The estimator lets you choose whether King Pools should follow up about your request by email or phone. Submitting a contact or estimator form does not enroll you in promotional email; King Pools records marketing permission separately.

Sharing

King Pools does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by website, hosting, analytics, communication, financing, or service providers when needed to operate the business or fulfill your request.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and retain records as needed for business, legal, and customer-service purposes. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
