Planning flagstone and natural-stone pool edges
Flagstone varies in color, thickness, edge shape, surface texture, and how it is cut or fitted around a pool. The photograph shows irregular natural stone installed above square waterline tile; it is useful stonework context, but the archived image does not verify a specific coping product. When planning a remodel, compare wet-surface comfort, maintenance, movement, drainage, existing deck transitions, and how the stone coordinates with tile and masonry. Comparing Kool Deck and other textured deck finishes
Kool Deck is a branded cement-based topping, while many pool decks use other textured concrete coatings or finishes that may look similar in photographs. This image shows a textured tan deck around a freeform pool and raised spa; the archive does not identify it as the Kool Deck brand. Compare surface temperature, slip resistance, color, repairability, drainage, substrate condition, and product installation requirements before selecting a system.
